Abstract:Remote work has emerged as a transformative work model, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper examines the impact of remote work on organizational productivity by analysing factors such as employee performance, work-life balance, communication, and technological support based on the data collected from 100 employees of various organisation. The study finds that remote work can enhance productivity when supported by effective management practices and digital infrastructure, but it also introduces challenges such as communication barriers and employee isolation etc.,
